Salary: $30k-$31k
Responsibilities
- Monitor inbound customer ticket requests and route appropriately.
- Work with Product, Customer Success, and Sales team to ensure top-notch customer experience.
- Understand the entire system and customer scenarios for initial issue analysis.
- Proactively assess and address user needs to enhance client experience.
- Document customer problems, recommendations, and resolutions clearly.
- Assist with up-selling, connecting, and building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work accordingly.
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of customer success or account management experience or equivalent industry experience.
- Customer-focused mindset with a desire to proactively help and serve customers.
- High adaptability and ability to work under pressure, flexible to changing schedules.
- Availability to work in regions including Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, and India.
- Love for excel sheets, numbers, and engaging with people.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
