Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to ensure strong adoption of Sparkrock ERP system.
- Help customers achieve real outcomes such as smoother operations and better reporting.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or customer-facing SaaS role responsible for customer outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems in a customer-facing role.
- Practical exposure to finance and/or payroll processes within an ERP context.
