Customer Success Manager

Seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with non-profit, human services, and education customers in a complex ERP environment, focusing on adoption, operations, and reporting.

Location: Remote (Global)

Salary: $69k

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to ensure strong adoption of Sparkrock ERP system.
• Help customers achieve real outcomes such as smoother operations and better reporting.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or customer-facing SaaS role responsible for customer outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems in a customer-facing role.
• Practical exposure to finance and/or payroll processes within an ERP context.
