Customer Support Agent

Distribusion is a leading ground transportation marketplace connecting bus, rail, and ferry operators with online retailers worldwide. They are expanding globally and seeking a Customer Support Agent for India to enhance partner and user support.

Location: Remote (India)

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming English requests from partners and users regarding bookings, fraud, and technical issues via support channels.
• Collaborate with tech, product, retail, and finance teams to resolve partner inquiries.
• Drive process improvements and advocate for feature enhancements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the travel industry with rail carriers.
• Experience in Customer Service, Live Chat, and Phone support is a plus.
• Strong networking, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German or Italian is a plus.
• Ability to understand new technical topics quickly.
• Organized and able to manage multiple initiatives with changing priorities.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams and geographies.
• Understanding or experience with SQL, APIs, basic programming, automation, and ticketing systems is highly appreciated.
