Inyad is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to enhance brand and product visibility by engaging with potential customers through social media platforms.

Location: Casablanca

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer questions via email, chat, or phone (Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Responding to comments on social media and coordinating with internal teams
  • Creating new ways to excite and engage customers, such as branching documentation, interactive email signatures, or proactive email campaigns
  • Maintaining documentation related to customer support

Requirements

  • Strong ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Classical Arabic, French, and English
  • Extremely rigorous, punctual, and well organized
