Responsibilities

  • Support users across all online channels for non-technical issues such as order-related queries.
  • Work with logistics and fulfillment team to resolve order/shipping issues.
  • Help users with order modifications, returns, replacements, and repairs.
  • Create how-tos, guides, wikis, knowledge base for recurring questions.

Requirements

  • Great written communication skills.
  • Enjoy talking to users and willing to do so regularly.
  • Able to empathize with users and genuinely care about their problems.
