Customer Support Representative

IMPACT BRANDS is seeking a remote Customer Support Representative to assist customers via email, chat, and phone, providing product information, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Location: Remote

Salary: €1,500–€1,800/month net

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about products or services
• Troubleshoot issues and provide step-by-step solutions
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate internal teams
• Document customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems, experience with Zendesk is a bonus
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
• Meet defined KPIs (response time, resolution time, CSAT, etc.)
• And other assigned tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or helpdesk roles preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Lithuanian
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
