Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries related to products by handling inbound calls, callback requests, and email messages in French and English.
- Initiating test scenarios or remote sessions with customers as needed.
- Taking ownership of user problems and being proactive in resolving issues.
- Documenting customer inquiries and issues in Salesforce.
- Gathering information from customers and systems to investigate issues with the help of next-level support.
- Working independently and collaboratively with other teams to solve complex problems and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal French and English.
- Previous experience in customer-facing IT support, assisting with configuring/troubleshooting software and hardware.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and learn new technologies.
- Great team player, able to share best practices, support change, and manage time effectively.
- Ambitious with a desire to grow and build a career in IT, customer service, or a technology-based field.
