Cyber Operations Management System Demonstration

Support the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) in building a mock-up environment of the Cyber Operations Management System (COMS) to demonstrate its current capabilities, requirements, and functionalities through a series of deliverables including a mock-up, documentation, a video, and a live demonstration.

Responsibilities

• Build a mock-up environment of COMS NR and COMS NS on the NATO Software Factory.
• Identify and document the functional and non-functional requirements of COMS based on the mock-up environment.
• Create a video demonstrating the requirements captured.
• Present a live demo of the COMS mock-up environment during an industry engagement day.

Requirements

• NATO SECRET security clearance for the project manager.
• NATO RESTRICTED security clearance for other personnel.
• Excellent knowledge (5+ years) of Atlassian JIRA Datacenter administration.
• Excellent knowledge (5+ years) of Atlassian Confluence Datacenter administration.
• Prior experience working on the NCIA COMS Environment.
• Excellent knowledge in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Experience deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Java, Groovy, and ScriptRunner.
• Experience in dynamic content management and integration between Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience managing metadata in Atlassian Confluence, Office, PDF documents, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence database workings.
• Experience with Linux servers (preferably RedHat).
