Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and technical development of new web applications.
• Understand user needs and pain points.
• Participate in product specification workshops.
• Contribute to hypothesis development.
• Write technical specifications.
• Define products using agile methods.
• Share progress and difficulties with the team.
• Estimate development complexity.
• Contribute to prioritization.
• Develop quality code within deadlines.
• Use relational databases (preferably MySQL).
• Interact with SQL databases using ORM.
• Add API routes following REST principles.
• Connect back-end and front-end.
• Follow team velocity and improve it.
• Reduce technical debt.
• Deploy in production and testing environments.
• Automate tests and identify bugs.
• Share knowledge and review code.
• Analyze technical issues and implement fixes.
• Document code and architecture.
• Generate data points to measure impact.
• Gather feedback for improvements.
• Participate in peer programming and agile events.
• Present during stand-ups.
• Propose improvements during retrospectives.
• Lead Sprint Review/Retro sessions.
• Train team members.
• Discuss implementation choices with lead developers and CTO.
• Propose process and tool improvements.
• Share knowledge on new technologies.
• Organize regular technical watch.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Javascript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with Symfony, Doctrine, ApiPlatform or similar MVC/ORM/REST frameworks.
• Proficiency in React.
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing.
• Knowledge of PHP and Typescript.
