Data Center Technician Dispatch

Technical support role focusing on network, hardware, and data center infrastructure with moderate project scope and intercompany collaboration.

Location: Nassau

Responsibilities

• Address service work orders for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals, and site security equipment.
• Support data center and application architecture.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues, including administering switches, routers, and firewalls with Nutanix Remote Resolver Team.
• Assist with configuring routers and switches under guidance.
• Assist with hardware integration and customization on operating systems and networks.
• Complete training on Nutanix hardware replacement processes and pass the assessment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in relevant technical support roles.
• Working knowledge of network hardware and infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues and assist with configuration.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with intercompany teams and exercise independent judgment.

Additional Information

• Training on Nutanix hardware replacement provided by Hemmersbach, requiring a pass rate above 90% to qualify as a Technician.
• Role involves working on moderately medium-complex scope projects and supporting data center and network infrastructure.
