Data Quality Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Aligning and monitoring data labeling team to ensure quality standards for image recognition models.
• Registering products in Data Entry systems with technical detail and accuracy.
• Maintaining and updating CRM with current product and labeling information.
• Auditing and reviewing records to identify and correct standardization issues.
• Providing technical support and data analysis to project managers and customer success teams.
• Creating and updating procedures for registration and classification to ensure scalability and standardization.
• Investigating and resolving data model errors and issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Monitoring process adherence indicators to validate operational quality.

Requirements

• Ability to identify small divergences in images.
• Discipline in following playbooks without skipping steps.
• Technical curiosity about how AI perceives data.
• Clear and objective communication of errors and doubts.
• Ability to give and receive feedback naturally.
• Proficiency in CRM operation and data entry with agility and precision.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for list organization and formulas.
• Understanding of data labeling concepts, including bounding boxes and image classification.
