Data Scientist (AdTech)

A data scientist role within an international organization operating in Poland and globally, focusing on developing machine learning models for advertising optimization.

Location: Poland

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing machine learning models focused on CTR, CVR, and ROAS for bidding logic and performance optimization.
• Creating advanced models integrating diverse data signals related to users, products, publishers, and placements.
• Optimizing model performance for high-throughput, low-latency environments.
• Developing models for Dynamic Content Optimization within a DSP platform, including product selection in retargeting scenarios.

Requirements

• Must reside in or have work authorization in Poland.
• Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow, as well as Pandas and NumPy.
• Expert knowledge of SQL, preferably analytical SQL.
• Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Vertex Pipelines).
• Documented experience in designing and training deep neural networks.
• Relevant education or extensive professional experience in STEM fields such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistical Mathematics, Quantitative Methods, or Physics.
• Strong engineering fundamentals, including writing production-quality, testable, well-documented Python code and knowledge of CI/CD practices.
