Data Scientist Analyst (Remote, Any Location, IN)

Location: Remote (EMEA/APAC/LATAM)

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure Azure environments for various projects
• Ensure compliance with Azure best practices and security standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain Azure infrastructure
• Maintain Python scripts for data processing, analysis, and automation tasks
• Utilize Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn for data manipulation and machine learning
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using appropriate statistical methods
• Interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
• Have experience working in a BPO or call center environment, either directly or as a support function
• Understand the operational challenges and requirements of such environments
• Contribute to improving processes and workflows within the BPO/Call Center

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data science, data analysis, or a related field
• Experience with Python, data manipulation and machine learning
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
• Understanding of statistical methods and some knowledge of machine learning algorithms
• Experience working in a BPO or call center environment, either directly or as a support function
• Familiarity with Azure services and best practices for setting up and configuring environments (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Fluent English (B2 Level) is essential, plus either French, German or Spanish is a plus
• Conversant with Agentic AI concepts– a conceptual understanding of agentic AI and AI agents is essential, practical experience in any capacity on any platform a distinct advantage
