Delivery Manager in Drug Development

We’re looking for a talented (Senior) Delivery Manager to lead high-impact software development projects, primarily in pharma and biotech sectors, focusing on clinical trials and data-intensive applications.

Responsibilities
- Lead data-focused projects for pharma and biotech clients, especially those related to clinical trials.
- Build strong relationships with clients: understand their needs, offer advice, and solve problems.
- Ensure clients are satisfied and want to continue working with us.
- Work with the Sales team on pre-sales and the Account Management team on cross-sell and upsell opportunities by identifying client needs, providing proactive insights, and leveraging your expertise in clinical trials.
- Step in as a Project or Product Manager when needed: manage the backlog, clarify requirements, and support engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role or in top consulting firms.
- Proven track record of leading successful IT projects in pharma/biotech.
- Knowledge of CDISC standards (e.g., SDTM, ADaM, SEND) and experience with clinical trial data tools or workflows. A background in molecular biology or bioinformatics is a strong plus.
- Experience in working directly with clients and managing relationships.
- Ability to talk to both business and technical people.
- High motivation to achieve success, can-do attitude, business maturity, patience, strong communication skills, and a high level of professionalism.
- Willingness to travel a few times a year when needed (client visits, conferences, etc.).
- English Fluency: C1/C2 level.
- Comfortable working across time zones, including overlap with Europe and the US.
