The company Nexer Brazil, part of a Swedish multinational with over 16 years in the market, is seeking a Senior CRM Developer to join their expanding team. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including integrations, customizations, and Power Platform automation.

Location: Barueri, SP, Brazil

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize advanced plugins in C# for Dynamics 365, including complex pipelines and modern architecture patterns.
• Create and maintain Web Resources in JavaScript using modern practices.
• Develop Custom Actions, Custom APIs, and advanced extensions for Dynamics 365.
• Design and implement complex data structures, relationships, business rules, forms, views, and command bars.
• Build and maintain robust integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and other Azure services.
• Work with REST APIs and OData for Dynamics 365, ensuring security, performance, and governance.
• Create advanced solutions with Power Automate, including complex flows, custom connectors, and large-scale automations.
• Work with Power Apps Model-Driven, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages, following best practices.
• Contribute to governance and ALM using Power Platform Build Tools, pipelines, and Git.
• Perform code reviews, apply architecture standards, and ensure secure development practices.
• Monitor and optimize plugin, query, integration, and flow performance.
• Implement logging, telemetry, and observability strategies using Application Insights.
• Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting junior and mid-level developers.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting, incident analysis, and resolve critical issues.
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to platform evolution.
• Stay updated with Microsoft ecosystem trends, including Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and AI services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with the mentioned activities and technologies.
• Strong commitment to quality, including testing, validation, and stability before deployment.
• Solid expertise in .NET and C#, with experience in developing complex, scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including modern libraries and development patterns.
• Good knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, front-end technologies).
• Ability to apply architecture best practices, design patterns, and secure development principles.
• Experience with business-oriented data modeling, ensuring solution adherence and efficiency.
• Experience in performance analysis, code optimization, and technical bottleneck identification.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications collaboratively.
• Translate functional requirements into well-structured technical solutions.
• Advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex problems.
