The Director of Professional Development Quality and Delivery at Teaching Strategies is responsible for managing the professional development team, ensuring high-quality training experiences, and representing the company as a subject matter expert across all solutions. The role focuses on driving revenue through effective training and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Manage PDN Managers and support their goals
- Ensure PDN are observed, supported, and coached
- Maintain tracking systems for session evaluations and continuous improvement
- Evaluate onboarding experiences and session evaluations for PDN
- Collaborate on recruiting and onboarding training contractors
- Facilitate feedback loops with customers and partners to improve training effectiveness
- Develop and manage professional development policies and procedures
- Support strategic account PD plans with internal teams
- Analyze training surveys and planning reports
- Serve as subject matter expert across all Teaching Strategies Solutions
- Measure the effectiveness of professional development content and delivery
- Partner with PD content team on new PD sessions and products
- Build systems to identify challenges and opportunities
Requirements
- Master’s degree in early childhood education or related field
- 10 years' experience managing customer-facing teams and/or educators
- At least 5 years experience in early childhood
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Success in strategic planning and delivering results
- Experience establishing performance and quality metrics
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Self-directed with a drive for success
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn new technology applications
- Expert knowledge of Teaching Strategies products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
