Director of Supply Chain

STR is seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain to lead procurement, oversee supplier sourcing, ensure compliance with Federal regulations, and drive process improvements within a growing Contracts and Supply Chain team.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all procurement activities in accordance with company policies, FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations
• Work with stakeholders to ensure execution of company needs and requirements
• Develop and negotiate strategic agreements to leverage purchasing power and support sourcing strategies
• Lead, mentor, and develop a procurement team
• Oversee a secure supply chain including due diligence, supplier qualification, market research, and source selection
• Direct complex negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Identify, manage, and mitigate sourcing and supply chain risks
• Oversee supplier sourcing for new opportunities, including strategy, proposal support, and evaluation
