Director, Research Services

Leadership role overseeing the growth and strategy of the Research Services business unit, focusing on revenue growth, client relationships, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance of the Research Services business unit, including revenue tracking, forecasting, and margin management.
• Set and communicate a compelling vision for the business unit.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for profitable growth.
• Partner with leadership on pricing, resource planning, and growth investments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients and manage relationships at a senior level.
• Drive new client acquisition and revenue expansion within existing accounts.
• Translate client needs into research solutions and service offerings.
• Partner with the Director of Enterprise Services to ensure high-quality study delivery.
• Identify emerging trends in UX research and position the company to capitalize on them.
• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and Sales professionals.
• Set performance expectations and foster a culture of ownership and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in management, operations, or professional services leadership.
• Ownership of P&L, budgets, and revenue forecasting.
• Strong background in client services, account management, or professional services.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth while maintaining quality and margin.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
