Engagement Manager, Professional Services EMEA - Munich

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with customers as their primary contact, leading Professional Services engagements
• Assist clients in implementing Neo4j technology by leveraging professional services and managing delivery activities
• Ensure adherence to Statement of Work or Order Form terms and conditions
• Manage engagement budgeted hours, travel, expenses, and coordinate billing
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
• Identify engagement risks and communicate mitigation plans
• Prepare and share project performance reports
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless delivery
• Support project scoping and estimation during pre-sales
• Drive process improvements within Professional Services
• Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps
• Contribute to capacity planning and resource forecasting
• Mentor and support consultants and project managers
• Ensure knowledge transfer to customers and teams
• Participate in internal reporting and forecasting activities
• Promote Neo4j technology adoption and identify blockers
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance
• Represent Professional Services in internal initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager
• Background in professional services and/or customer service is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Experience managing projects of various sizes
