Enrollment Advisor

The Enrollment Advisor role involves guiding prospective students through the application process, understanding their needs, and supporting them from lead to enrollment, primarily in a higher education setting.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $60,000–$70,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, or text about the University and programs.
• Support students using a consultative process to ensure informed decisions from lead to start.
• Use the database to track student progress and communication.
• Achieve daily metrics such as calls, speed to lead, talk time, and applications.
• Provide feedback on lead quality, quantity, and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center.
• Knowledge of higher education and/or college admissions and recruitment preferred.
• Technically proficient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet sales targets.
• Supervisory management skills and ability to oversee delegated tasks.
• Ability to train and explain processes effectively.
• Knowledge of planning processes and issues.
