Enterprise IT Support Specialist

The Enterprise IT Support Specialist provides technical and operational support for Enterprise IT, focusing on onboarding, access management, endpoint administration, and leveraging AI and automation to improve IT efficiency. The role is suited for individuals with experience in IT support and a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.

Salary: $38.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees across hardware, software, SaaS applications, and collaboration tools.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and access changes.
• Administer identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, user accounts, and permissions.
• Configure, deploy, and support macOS and Windows devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Document, prioritize, and resolve support requests using the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
• Maintain IT assets, software licensing, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve Enterprise IT operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Enterprise IT, or Systems Administration.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications and ITSM platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Self-starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
