Salary: USD $80,000–$100,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of initiatives from problem framing to post-launch review.
• Make architectural and technical decisions, including designing data models, integration, and observability.
• Ensure implementation quality through prompts, evals, tests, and review loops.
• Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and engineering peers.
• Present results and impact of initiatives post-launch.

Requirements

• Deep experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to make and own architectural and technical decisions at a lead or staff level.
• Outcome-driven with a focus on metrics and impact.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Decisive, well-documented decision-making process.
