This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner, managing executive workflows, coordinating international logistics, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple business initiatives and global time zones.

Requirements

Senior Executive Assistant / C-suite support experience (3-5 years)
Experience managing complex executive workflows, cross-time-zone calendars, and international coordination
Strong background in confidential data handling and complex project tracking in structured environments
Familiarity with PMP and/or Six Sigma principles
High proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and ability to quickly adapt to internal systems/tools
Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving priorities across multiple stakeholders
Experience producing accurate executive-level documents (briefs, reports, agendas, presentations)
