Requirements
- 3+ years as an EA, office manager, or senior admin supporting busy principals.
- Expertise in calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and expense systems.
- Familiarity with corporate travel platforms such as Navan and TravelPerk.
- Proficient in async communication operations.
- Comfortable with admin artifacts: itineraries, agendas, expense packages, service tickets.
