Executive Talent Acquisition Partner

Seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to lead senior-level recruiting efforts for a rapidly growing insurance brokerage, serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and building a top-tier leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Director, VP, and Executive-level roles across all business functions.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of senior leadership talent through networking, market mapping, research, and sourcing strategies.
• Leverage executive search methodologies, including passive talent engagement, talent intelligence, and market insights.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and department heads, offering insights on talent strategy, organizational design, and succession planning.
• Consult with leadership to understand hiring needs and design search strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and manage executive interview processes.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, industry partners, and search firms.
• Operate with full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle, including administrative tasks to maintain pipeline velocity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 7 years focused on executive or senior-level recruitment.
• Proven track record recruiting Director, VP, and C‑Suite talent in insurance, brokerage, financial services, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of organizational dynamics in high-growth or multi-site environments.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience with talent intelligence tools, executive search research, and CRM/ATS systems.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
