Expert Systems Engineer

An Expert System Engineer responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of Altera healthcare software environments, supporting Canadian healthcare clients from India (Remote/Office-based). The role involves environment management, upgrades, migrations, infrastructure support, database administration, automation, incident management, and version control.

Location: India (Remote/Office-based)

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, configuration, and provisioning of Altera software environments for Canadian healthcare providers.
• Execute complex software upgrades and data migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Manage and maintain Windows-based server architectures and Azure cloud environments.
• Perform intermediate SQL Server tasks including performance tuning, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Utilize PowerShell to automate repetitive deployment tasks and system health checks.
• Use ServiceNow to track, manage, and resolve technical issues within established SLAs.
• Maintain deployment scripts and documentation via GitHub.

Requirements

• Experience in Windows Server administration and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, backups, and relational database management).
• Intermediate to advanced PowerShell for system automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and GitHub for version control.
