Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end logistics for conference and dinner programs, including venues, vendors, travel, materials, staffing, and follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, venues, and partners.
- Evaluate ROI for every event to determine success and areas for improvement.
- Ensure high-quality presentation at IRL touchpoints, including event displays, dinner menus, and swag.
- Travel up to 2x a month to oversee high-priority events.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to optimize event conversion.
- Run guerrilla marketing experiments emphasizing creativity over budget.
