Strong Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide technical support and services to customers, including preventive maintenance, installation, site surveys, demand and emergency services related to digital cinema equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and services to customers, including preventive maintenance, installation, site surveys, demand and emergency services related to digital cinema equipment.

Requirements

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with electronics related to the Pro-Av market
• Familiarity with computer and networking concepts and architecture
• Experience with digital cinema equipment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Office
• Exceptional customer service skills required
• Valid, state issued driver’s license
• Ability to stand, sit, squat and bend for a period of time
