Finance Accounts Receivable Manager

RemoFirst is a global HR platform that simplifies hiring, compliance, payroll, and benefits management. We are looking for a Finance Accounts Receivable Manager to support our finance team in managing accurate and timely client invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate client invoices, ensure timely billing, verify invoice accuracy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and respond to client inquiries.

Requirements

• 2-year accounting degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance, Payroll, or Accountant
• English verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet set deadlines
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze and research data and resolve discrepancies
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment and shift priorities as needed
• High-level numeracy and reconciliation skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
