Fixed Access Network Trainer

The role involves developing and delivering training programs on Fixed Access Network technologies, designing training materials, maintaining lab facilities, and collaborating with subject matter experts. It is suitable for candidates with engineering degrees, relevant certifications, and experience in telecommunications.

Location: Myanmar

Responsibilities

• Prepare course plans related to Fixed Access Network as per departmental requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs on fixed access network technologies in virtual and physical formats.
• Design technical training materials aligned with departmental needs.
• Maintain training lab facilities according to training requirements.
• Provide training evaluation, results, and feedback to management.
• Recommend improvements to training curriculum and SOP.
• Supervise and demonstrate training lab for network configurations (DSLAM, MSAN, OLT, MxU, FTTX, GPON, xDSL) for Huawei and ZTE.
• Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to create training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Master's degree.
• Technical Knowledge Certification or Vendor Certification (Cisco, Huawei, ZTE, etc.).
• Experience with datacom technologies Ethernet & TCP/IP.
• CCNA certification is an added value.
• 3 years' work experience in a telecommunications operator/organization supporting large heterogeneous Access (FTTx, XDSL).
