Fluent Ukrainian Security Control Specialist

The company employs over 1500 specialists and collaborates with major clients like MasterCard, Calm, and MacPaw.

Location: Ukraine

Responsibilities

• Ensure the full cycle of investigation and coordination of actions in response to security breaches or operational disruptions.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders during Data Breach incidents.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis of incidents, develop preventive measures, and prepare reports for top management.
• Analyze operational processes of clients considering incidents to identify potential threats and formulate recommendations for proactive security enhancement.
• Check the security of suppliers, software platforms, and third-party services.
• Audit new hiring locations for compliance with data protection standards and security tools implementation.
• Prepare incident management documentation and procedures, and maintain the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• Experience in investigating and handling information security incidents for at least 1 year.
• Experience in preparing documentation and developing incident management procedures.
• Analytical thinking and ability to make quick decisions to minimize incident impact.
• High level of self-organization and task prioritization.
• Understanding of personal data protection principles and breach notification rules.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
