Responsibilities

• Sit with end-users, process owners, and client engineers to understand the real workflow and underlying problems.
• Translate the target-state process into a technical solution: architecture, data model, integrations, agent and workflow design, and ship it quickly.
• Build full-stack solutions using TypeScript, React, integrations, LLM orchestration, and evals.
• Demo early and often, incorporating user feedback into iterations.
• Make real-time trade-offs between speed, quality, and cost, and choose build vs. buy vs. configure.
• Own observability and evals post-deployment, iterating for reliability.
• Earn trust with client engineering and security teams, managing API access, data flows, deployment, and reviews.
• Develop reusable patterns, components, prompt structures, and integration approaches for faster future deployments.

Requirements

• Builder background with real shipping experience, taking systems from zero to production.
• Fluent with modern AI tooling: LLM APIs, tool and function calling, agent frameworks, evals, prompt engineering.
• Strong with TypeScript on the backend and React (or equivalent) on the frontend, familiar with APIs, auth, queues, and legacy system integration.
• Daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to ship faster.
• Customer-facing instinct, enjoying engaging with users, asking questions, and pushing back respectfully.
• Ability to move fast, communicate clearly, operate with ambiguity, and prototype in unfamiliar domains.
