Control Shift Video is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented freelance illustrator to collaborate on various projects across technology, healthcare, energy, consumer brands, and nonprofits. The role involves creating visual content to help communicate complex ideas clearly and stylishly.

Responsibilities

• Creating custom illustrations for video, motion graphics, web, and brand content
• Collaborating with the creative team on visual styles, concepts, and story-driven imagery
• Translating scripts, ideas, or loose concepts into visuals
• Preparing artwork for animation, motion, or digital delivery
• Iterating based on feedback while maintaining consistency and quality

Requirements

• Strong illustration skills with a clear, cohesive style
• Experience creating artwork for video, motion graphics, or digital platforms
• Ability to simplify complex or technical ideas visually
• Comfort working independently and collaborating with a team
• Reliable communication, meeting deadlines, and delivering promised work
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
