MB Social is seeking an experienced Community Manager to manage and grow social media communities for top beauty brands in a remote, fast-paced environment. The role involves engaging with audiences, creating content, and supporting brand growth across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow online communities across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and respond to messages, comments, mentions, tagged photos, hashtags, and influencer content daily.
- Respond to questions, escalate concerns, provide recommendations, and collaborate with brand teams.
- Utilize client tools/preferred platforms (Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Dash Hudson, etc.).
- Create and update FAQ documents as needed.
- Monitor, respond to, and track influencer inbound inquiries.
- Support Account Directors with social content calendar management, scheduling, posting, and ensuring content goes live daily.
- Add data, insights, and recommendations for monthly reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with social trends, topics, and emerging platforms.
Requirements
- 1+ years of community management experience at an agency or with high-volume brand(s), specifically in organic social media (beauty, luxury, fashion, wellness).
- Experience building engaged brand communities on social media.
- Experience with community management tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Dash Social, etc.).
- Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal) and grammar skills.
- Creative writer with the ability to embody a brand’s tone of voice.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
- Customer Service experience is a plus.
Additional Information
- Reports to: Director of Community Management.
- Performance is measured by client and team lead feedback, scope adherence, response rates, accuracy of tone of voice, timely customer service responses, influencer inbound tracking, and up-to-date documentation.
- Content scheduling 1-2 weeks in advance, error-free content, timely monthly recaps, and accurate time tracking are expected.
