Fully Cruise & Resort Booking Specialist

A remote entry-level Cruise & Resort Booking Specialist role supporting clients with coordinating cruise vacations and resort stays, providing training and ongoing support.

Location: Remote

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching cruise itineraries and resort options
• Coordinate and confirm reservations for cruises, hotels, and all-inclusive properties
• Review booking details including travel dates, accommodations, and payment timelines
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding itinerary updates and travel requirements
• Maintain organized client records and documentation
• Provide follow-up support before and after travel

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable navigating online booking systems and digital tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
