Sutherland is seeking a Functional Tester with experience in Loan Origination System, loan servicing system, and industry-wide standard processes. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, knowledge of testing methodology, and experience working with teams in different geo locations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners to analyze and understand business problems/needs and provide solutions.
Test web-based applications and Java applications.
Apply testing methodologies and SDLC principles.

Requirements

Experience with Loan Origination System (any loan origination tool is acceptable)
Hands on with loan servicing system (preferably FIS' ACBS)
Understanding of industry wide standard processes for Underwriting, processing, Servicing, Legal, pricing etc.
Experience collaborating with business partners to analyze and understand business problem/need and provide solutions
Ability to Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations
Good Communication skills
Good understanding of testing methodology and SDLC
Experience testing web-based application, java application testing
Able to multitask and should have attention to details
Knowledge, understanding and application of Agile principles/framework and waterfall model.
Experience working with teams in different geo locations (onshore/offshore)
