The role is for a sales-oriented Galápagos Specialist at Galapatours, part of Ventura TRAVEL, focusing on selling sustainable cruises in the Galápagos Islands. The position involves advising clients, negotiating with providers, and collaborating with marketing teams.

Responsibilities
- Advise potential clients and help them plan their trip via email, phone, and video chat.
- Communicate with providers to confirm prices, block spaces, and negotiate deals.
- Work with and consult the marketing team on how to best market trips.
- Improve client experience before and after sales.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of sales experience with clear results.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts aligned to US time zones.
- Ability to prioritize and say 'no'.
- Native or near-native English (C2 level).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for fair and sustainable business and tourism.
- Excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities.
