Global Alliances Senior Director, Deloitte

The Global Alliance Senior Director (GAD) at Tricentis is responsible for driving business growth with Deloitte through joint solutions, marketing programs, and strategic initiatives. The role involves developing GTM strategies, building senior relationships, and managing cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and partnership goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy joint solutions across practices such as Quality Engineering, SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
• Engage cross-functional teams to develop value propositions and meet revenue goals.
• Create joint solutions and GTM plays to differentiate the partnership.
• Establish and grow senior relationships with GSI leadership across regions.
• Lead and manage QBRs and executive updates.
• Advise on joint GTM solutions, technology strategy, and practice buildout.
• Leverage Tricentis portfolio to add value to client transformations.

Requirements

• Recognized expert in global alliance strategy, practice enablement, and co-sell execution with Deloitte.
• Deep understanding of organizational structure, partner relationships, and GTM success.
• 12+ years managing complex global partner programs, especially in Quality Engineering, SAP, Oracle.
• 7+ years leading complex projects with diverse virtual teams.
• 3+ years of direct sales or consulting experience.
• Proven success in developing and scaling strategic partnerships.
• Background in software/SaaS, ERP, DevOps, cloud transformation.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, ethical, and risk-aware.
