Graphic Designer

A part-time Graphic Designer role supporting production needs, brand consistency, and creative content across print, digital, social, and web platforms, with potential to grow into a full-time position.

Location: Remote (US, EST time zone)

Salary: $35,000–$40,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Support the creative team with ongoing production design needs
• Accurately implement brand guidelines across print, digital, social media, and marketing materials
• Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital applications
• Adapt existing creative concepts into multiple formats and platforms
• Manage design updates, revisions, and ongoing brand-related projects
• Create motion graphics, animations, and video edits for digital content
• Support the development of social media assets, including short-form video and animated content
• Assist with website and digital design projects using Figma
• Collaborate with creative leadership and project teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
• Maintain organized files and follow established creative workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines with accuracy and consistency
• Strong production skills and excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
• Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and video edits
• Proficiency in Figma for digital design, collaboration, and presentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team
