Group Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Product Managers to elevate their product craft, execution, and strategic thinking.
• Implement modern product operating model principles such as data-informed decision making, rapid prototyping, and continuous feedback.
• Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, integrating its capabilities into the MonetizeMore ecosystem.
• Lead continuous product discovery to uncover publisher pain points and validate ideas.
• Take ownership of monetization strategy, prioritize roadmaps based on ROI, and focus on customer lifetime value and monthly recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth teams to ensure successful feature adoption and commercialization.
• Determine long-term resource requirements, investments, and organizational design for the product.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs.
• Experience in ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem is a plus.
• Deep practical experience working within a modern, empowerment-based Product Operating Model.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to analyze data and understand customer friction points.
• Data-driven and courageous in monitoring product health metrics and pivoting when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex ideas into impactful value propositions.
