The Group Quality Supervisor - Onboarding is a clinical leadership role focused on supporting new Group Facilitators during their first 30 days, ensuring they are fully prepared, confident, and competent in their roles.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary onboarding liaison and support resource
- Score facilitator checkout sessions and identify development needs
- Conduct session audits and provide structured clinical coaching
- Facilitate 1:1 performance feedback sessions
- Host office hours and treatment team support spaces
- Ensure compliance readiness and workflow understanding
- Support cohort placement and schedule ramp-up
- Evaluate facilitator competency using standardized rubric
- Prepare transition reports for long-term management teams
Requirements
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Licensed mental health professional
- Experience managing Independent Contractors
- Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults
- 2 or more years experience in mental health treatment
- Meets the qualifications of a QMHP Supervisor through demonstrated competencies
