Kanz is seeking a founding Growth Lead to develop and execute inbound and outbound marketing and sales strategies, focusing on brand building and lead generation to drive qualified meetings for the CEO.
Location: Egypt
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy centered on the core value proposition: "Schedule qualified interviews in 48 hours, effortlessly."
- Create compelling marketing assets (graphics, one-pagers, short-form copy) tailored for Hiring Managers and HR professionals, utilizing AI where appropriate.
- Identify, join, and actively engage in niche Recruiter and HR WhatsApp groups to build authority and drive traffic.
- Manage large datasets of potential leads, including cleaning, verifying, and segmenting lists for email marketing.
- Use automated email tools to qualify leads and book 2-3 qualified meetings per day for the CEO.
- Ensure leads are qualified before reaching the CEO and manage the CRM flow.
Requirements
- Flexibility in designing social posts and managing large datasets.
- Experience with Email Automation, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Comfort with sales activities including cold calling and follow-up.
- Ability to use tools like Canva or Figma for branding.
- Experience targeting the Saudi market.
