Fieldwire is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own conversion rate optimization, website performance, and lifecycle marketing, working closely with the marketing team to improve user journey and international growth.
Location: Remote (US)
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 (plus up to 30% bonus)
Responsibilities
- Owning and optimizing website experience, including messaging, navigation, and conversion across high-traffic pages.
- Analyzing and improving visitor-to-signup and visitor-to-demo conversion rates.
- Building and scaling lifecycle marketing programs (lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, activation).
- Designing and running experimentation frameworks across website and channels.
- Partnering with Content manager for content distribution and activation.
- Supporting digital improvements for CrewCenter and contributing to website and funnel strategy.
- Contributing to international growth efforts for non-English markets.
- Providing regular reporting on website, funnel, and lifecycle performance.
- Working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Revops, and Design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.
- 3-5 years experience in digital or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company, with ownership of CRO, website, or lifecycle programs.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platform.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and experimentation.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
