Growth Specialist

Tenpo is building the future of finance in Chile as the country's first Neobank, creating a fully digital, inclusive financial ecosystem designed to break traditional banking barriers and be accessible to all.

Location: Remote (Chile)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and diagnose key metrics (MAU, GPV, Revenue, conversions), identifying root causes, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Identify and quantify business opportunities, proposing initiatives aligned with squad and commercial team objectives, estimating impact and prioritizing efforts.
• Design, build, and maintain automated frameworks for scalable growth initiatives, ensuring their governance and maintenance.
• Lead the agile experimentation cycle, defining hypotheses, designing A/B or multivariate tests, and measuring results in collaboration with Product and Technology teams.
• Maintain governance over the experiment lifecycle, applying agile methodologies to scale impactful initiatives and efficiently discard underperforming ones.
• Develop strategic analyses and contribute to the growth knowledge base, providing insights to inform Tenpo's commercial strategy.

Requirements

• Open academic background: Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Growth, Business Analytics, or Performance roles in high transactional complexity companies (FinTech, mass E-commerce, mobility/delivery apps like Uber/Rappi, or mass digital consumer industries).
• Practical experience executing digital experimentation methodologies (design and deployment of A/B or multivariate tests).
• Demonstrable experience managing and optimizing budgets for incentives or digital reward campaigns (Cashback).
• Growth mindset, high analytical capacity, and proactivity to work in cross-functional collaborative teams.
