GTM Sourcer

Samsara is a leading provider of IoT-based solutions for physical operations, helping industries like agriculture, construction, transportation, and manufacturing improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability. The company is expanding its UK Mid-Market team and seeks a talented Sourcer II to proactively identify and engage top talent across Europe.

Location: UK/EMEA

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeting strategies for high-volume GTM roles across the UK and EMEA.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and optimize candidate engagement strategies.
• Foster trust with hiring managers through deep market insights and competitive intelligence.
• Deepen expertise in complex sourcing strategies and technical challenges.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant sourcing experience, including in-house SaaS GTM sourcing in high-talent organizations.
• Experience conducting research and industry trend analysis across European markets.
• Proficiency in Boolean searches, competitive talent pool analysis, and sourcing tools like HireEZ and LinkedIn Recruiter.
