This remote position involves managing digital hospitality operations for high-volume restaurant brands, focusing on order processing, customer satisfaction, financial accuracy, and loyalty management.

Responsibilities
- Engineering Flawless Catering Pipelines: managing high-volume digital orders, verifying guest matrices, building quotes, organizing omnichannel triggers in Zendesk.
- Protecting the Brand’s Reputation: mapping metrics in Yext, deploying automated macros, addressing negative feedback in Toast.
- Balancing the Books with Precision: auditing tax exemptions, executing order reversals, processing failed resubmissions in OLO.
- Cultivating Customer Loyalty: auditing wallet balances in Paytronix, managing gift card infrastructure, ensuring accurate credit logs.
Requirements
- Thrives in real-time, high-stakes environments with high accuracy.
- Flawless English communication skills for customer adjustments and collaboration.
- Data-obsessed with organizational skills and updating spreadsheets.
- Proficient in enterprise restaurant ERPs like OLO, Toast POS, Paytronix, Zendesk, Yext.
