Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests.
- Handling guest inquiries.
- Assisting with front desk operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferred).
- Familiarity with RMS or similar reservation systems (advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
- Well-presented, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
