The Dasher & Logistics team supports the millions of Dashers who power DoorDash’s marketplace, building a leading last-mile logistics platform. The Dasher Financial team is developing fintech products for Dashers and gig workers, including instant earnings access, bill pay, savings, and credit tools.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Own the bank partner relationship portfolio: manage existing partners and evaluate new ones as the company expands into new products and geographies.
• Support negotiations on commercial terms, operational SLAs, and integration roadmaps.
• Run money movement at scale: own the operational health of ACH, OCT, AFT, and cash rails.
• Drive cost-per-transaction down and reliability up.
• Lead banking operations execution.
