Head of Ethics & Compliance Europe & Latin America (Solna, SE)

Getinge is seeking a senior leader to head the Ethics & Compliance team for Europe and Latin America, focusing on managing risk, embedding responsibility, and supporting ethical decision-making across multiple regions.

Location: Sweden or other European locations, with regional responsibility for Nordics, UK & Ireland, Central & Eastern Europe, and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and enhance the regional Ethics & Compliance program in alignment with global standards.
• Partner with global program owners across healthcare compliance, anti-bribery, data privacy, trade compliance, and human rights.
• Provide strategic and operational support to senior leaders and key business functions.
• Act as a trusted advisor supporting ethical decision-making in complex environments.

Requirements

• Master of Law, LL.M, M.Sc., or relevant degree.
• Minimum 10+ years of Ethics & Compliance experience, including senior leadership.
• Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences, or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience in Business Partner / Third-Party Risk Management.
