Head of Product: Crypto Binary Options Platform

Ergonia is building a short-duration binary options platform for crypto assets on Solana, focusing on prediction markets and derivatives.

Location: United States

Responsibilities

• Own the product end-to-end: product vision, roadmap, execution, growth, and team.
• Lead the venture as the most senior hire, with a path to independent leadership as the product scales.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of binary options, prediction markets, or short-duration derivatives.
• Ability to reason about market microstructure concepts like order books, spreads, volatility, Greeks, and pricing.
• Comfort operating at the intersection of product, growth, and business.
• Experience with Solana or EVM-based DeFi protocols.
